MEET ME
Bio:
With a robust background in Kinesiology and Strength and Conditioning, I am a dedicated personal trainer committed to helping clients reach their fitness goals since 2015. Holding NASM certification, I bring extensive experience from working in major commercial gyms and leading classes of up to 30 participants. My diverse clientele includes professional athletes, everyday individuals, and seniors, each benefiting from my personalized and empathetic approach to fitness.
My academic foundation in Kinesiology enables me to craft customized programs that cater to each client’s unique needs and aspirations, whether focusing on weight loss, strength training, muscle gain, or promoting long-term health. My mission is to enhance your quality of life and help you maintain an active, fulfilling lifestyle as you age.
My journey in fitness is deeply personal. After enduring a severe knee injury—tearing my ACL, MCL, and PCL—and undergoing full knee reconstruction, I made a successful return to collegiate football. This experience has profoundly influenced my approach to training and rehabilitation, providing me with invaluable insights into injury recovery and performance optimization.
Throughout my career, I’ve tackled a variety of injuries, from broken fingers to torn hamstrings, enriching my understanding of body mechanics and recovery processes. This hands-on experience, combined with my academic background, allows me to design effective, individualized fitness programs that truly resonate with clients.
I have transformed my passion for Kinesiology and Strength and Conditioning into a thriving practice dedicated to helping people of all ages feel their best and achieve their fitness goals. Whether you seek weight loss, strength gains, improved body composition, or long-term wellness, my mission is to support you in achieving a vibrant and active life.
